The 3 mm old cut natural diamond (0.1 carats) in the centre and two 2.5 mm round-cut blue sapphires are mounted onto a stylish 18k yellow gold setting and carved floral shoulders.

Hallmarks: Stamped with full English hallmarks for 18 carat gold and the year code for 1891.
