Vintage 14k Diamond Sapphire Ring in A Rare Art Deco Style

This Vintage Art Deco Diamond Sapphire Ring is a uniquely designed vintage blue sapphire and diamond ring, set in the centre with a square cut sapphire surrounded by an area of wonderful openwork gold and sixteen old European cut diamonds on white gold raised on scrolling openwork gallery and mounted onto split shoulders and a yellow gold band.

Era: Early 20th century

Sapphire: 4.1 x 4.25 x 3 mm with a carat weight of 0.51 carat, medium to a dark blue colour with good clarity

Diamonds: bright and lively natural stones, each 2.35 mm in diameter and 1.65 mm high, 0.96 carats in total. Colour I / J, clarity SI.

Setting size: 15.5 x 15.5 mm and rests 3 mm above the finger

Hallmarks: Stamped 14 and also tested for 14 carat gold

Ring size: US 5, UK K
